Who is this for?
This programme is ideal for those in admin roles who wish to progress and further develop their skills. This may be people moving to a more senior role and/or taking on additional responsibility. It is also suitable for those in their first full time role, who perhaps already have some experience of working in admin roles.
Overview
The business administrator is expected to show initiative, managing priorities and own time, problem-solving skills, decision-making and the potential for people management responsibilities through mentoring or coaching others. Our programme will work through a range of topics to help develop skills and provide the tools to support and engage with different part of the organization and interact with internal and external customers. With a real focus on adding value and contributing to the efficiency of an organization.
