Back in 2014, we decided to almost double our workforce by employing four apprentices via the Papworth Trust, all of whom went on to gain full-time employment with us after completing their apprenticeships. Josh and Rob are still with us today, they are much-valued members of our Lighthouse family!

Recognising how well apprenticeship had worked for us, it almost seemed our destiny to one day provide leadership development and management training via the apprenticeship levy after becoming an approved Apprenticeship provider in May 2017. Fast forward to 2023, and we have now upskilled over 3000 managers and leaders, many through the apprenticeship levy scheme.

And today, we are very proud to announce that Lewis Webb has recently completed his Digital marketing apprenticeship and received a distinction. We are delighted for Lewis and pleased to announce his new position at Lighthouse as our Junior Digital Marketer.
